Receiving-hospital coordination
We liaise with the receiving facility to confirm bed availability, specialist acceptance and the clinical handover plan before the patient moves.
Documentation & clearances
Medical reports, travel documents, insurance letters and airline clearances are prepared and checked to avoid delays at borders or airports.
Ground ambulance transfer
A fully equipped ambulance transfers the patient from the referring facility to the airport, with monitoring, oxygen and resuscitation capability en route.
Air medical transport
A trained clinician accompanies the patient throughout the flight, maintaining continuity of care from take-off to landing.
Safe handover & follow-up
On arrival, the patient is handed over directly to the waiting medical team. We follow up to confirm admission and next steps.
