He built the business around one accountable partner model — genuine supplies, in-house biomedical engineering, trained emergency crews and health software designed for how Ghanaian facilities actually work — and continues to lead the leadership team that delivers it.
Each function is owned by a named director, so clients always know who is responsible for clinical quality, delivery, people, logistics and technology.
